Yvonne and Isa, who have been in love for a year, are going to Lebanon to visit Isa's relatives. But before the trip, Yvonne's mother dies unexpectedly and she is forced to reconnect with her little brother Klas, a talented opera singer. At the funeral, Yvonne explains to Klas that she wants to sell their mother's summer house, where they grew up. When Klas hears this, he breaks down in a way Yvonne could never have imagined.
