By accessing or using Postcredit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password (or authentication method) that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to post comments, ratings, and create lists ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant Postcredit a license to use, store, and display that Content within the platform.

You agree not to post Content that is hate speech, threatening, pornographic, or incites violence. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Postcredit platform and its original content (excluding User Content and third-party metadata) are the exclusive property of Postcredit.

Movie and TV show metadata, including images, posters, and backdrops, are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). Postcredit is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to extract data from the Service without permission.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Postcredit, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the data provided (such as post-credit scene information) is 100% accurate, as it relies on third-party sources and AI analysis.
