Three years have passed since Colonel Pavel Belov and reckless criminal Alexei Smolin faced off in a deadly showdown. Smolin is serving a life sentence, while Belov has changed jobs and now heads security at a major bank. He, his wife, and their daughter sleep soundly at night, no longer fearing a sudden attack.
