Elena Tasisto (Buenos Aires, November 24, 1948 – September 20, 2013) was an acclaimed Argentine actress with a distinguished career spanning film, television, and, most notably, the stage. After graduating from the Conservatorio Nacional de Música y Artes Escénicas, she made her acting debut in 1959 as part of the ensemble in The Playboy of the Western World (El farsante más grande del mundo).
