Norton Virgien (born August 5, 1960) is an American animator. He is served as an director in The Rugrats Movie and Rugrats Go Wild. He is also an voice director in The Rugrats Movie and co-producer in Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, J.R.R. Tolkien's: The Sorcerers of Notre Dame, The All Grown Up Movie, and The Wild Thornberrys Movie.
