Lauren Morais is a Welsh actress from Cardiff. She trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, developing a foundation in stage and screen performance. Early in her career, she appeared in theatre, including a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Sherman Theatre.
