Jimmy Lo is a filmmaker, film educator and film festival curator from Hong Kong. With over 10 years of experience and a rich portfolio of films recognized globally at international film festivals, his debut feature documentary, Stories of Pang Jai (2024), won Best Feature Film Award and Best Cinematography for Feature Film Award at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival 2024 and was nominated for the Human Rights Award at the South Taiwan Film Festival. The film has been screened internationally, including in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Italy, Sweden, the UK, the US and Canada. Jimmy's second feature film, Give and Take (2025), which explores the Hong Kong diaspora in Canada, will have its world premiere in London, UK, in September 2025.
