Born and raised in Georgia, Courtney Rhodes is an entrepreneur and marketing executive who founded the boutique brand strategy firm Urbanity Communications and co-founded C and D The Agency. She holds a political science degree from the University of Georgia, as well as a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation.
