Okamoto Rie, born on January 9th, 1984, is a Japanese voice actress from Akita Prefecture. She left Power Rise at the June 2019. On November 1, 2020, she entered a business partnership with Green Note, a seiyuu agency created by Sendai Eri, until June 2021. She is currently affiliated with and the founder of Hal Qualia.
