Santiago Rallo (born 26 September 2001) is a Mexican-American entrepreneur and mixed media artist. His short film Santiago (2022), while initially a commercial failure has grown a cult following in more recent years. Growing up in the culturally rich environments of San Francisco and New York City, Santiago developed a profound appreciation for innovation and diversity, which would shape his career path, his enigmatic art style and his signature cynical sense of humor.
