Chef Ae is a self-taught chef inspired by sharing the flavors of Southeast Asia. Born and raised in Vientiane, Laos, she started playing around in the kitchen with her parents as a kid and has been in love with cooking since. After going to college and working a corporate job for almost a decade, Chef Ae took a chance on herself and took the leap of faith to pursue her passion for cooking and has never looked back! Food is the ultimate love language for Chef Ae, and her passion is to share this love with the world. Her family taught her the importance of gathering together for a delicious meal every night for dinner, something she will value forever.
