In 2001, he joined the Fireman Hospitality Group. Throughout his tenure he held many titles and responsibilities, from Maitre D’ to Managing Director of The Trattoria Dell’Arte. Located directly across the street from world famous Carnegie Hall, he helped propel Trattoria Del’Arte to become one of New York’s most successful, profitable and iconic Italian Restaurants. He also consulted in the openings of many more of the Fireman Group’s restaurants.
