Alfredo Barragán is an Argentine lawyer, scientific sports explorer, and adventurer, renowned for having been the commander of the journey known as the Atlantis Expedition in 1984, which consisted of crossing the Atlantic Ocean on a raft from the port of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, to La Guaira in Venezuela.
