Junpei Matsumoto is a Japanese producer, director, and screenwriter from Nagasaki Prefecture. He made his directorial debut with "Mada, Ningen" (まだ、人間). He is also a published author, with his first novel being "Planets" (惑星たち), and a producer for the anime "Shadowverse" and "Shadowverse Flame."
