Tiffini Talia Hale was born in Palm Springs, CA to Tom and Nancy Hale. She spent her childhood on Barbados, and later lived in Miami, FL. In 1989 she became a cast member on the revived Mickey Mouse Club, before leaving the show in late 1990 to join the pop group The Party. With the group she scored a number of hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
