Frank trained at East 15, one of the best drama schools in England and, since 1983, he has appeared in many television dramas and feature films. From the 80's classics like Dempsey & Makepeace, Minder, Blott on the Landscape and Bergerac to The Bill, EastEnders and A Game of Thrones, Frank has been a regular face on British TV.
