The Le Cordon Bleu Madrid culinary school has created this documentary, entitled Equibocados. In its commitment to supporting gastronomy and highlighting the importance of training in one of the most relevant sectors in our country, namely gastronomy, it has produced this documentary to reflect on learning processes and refocus attention on the process itself, rather than just the results.
